This past Sunday, I was able to attend the NAMM Show at the Anaheim Convention Center through a singing gig with Acesonic. My friend Katy had invited me, and our job was literally to sing karaoke from 10am-5pm hahaha. Not a bad gig at all—get into NAMM for free and get paid to sing all day
We split up our time between two booths, so we started the day underground at the smaller booth. Honestly, I love singing to strangers (and making a fool of myself haha). I think I perform better when it’s to an audience of strangers vs. people I know. Here I am at the first booth:
We got time to walk around the event later on, and I was MINDBLOWN. The event is HUGE and there is just too much to see. Here’s a picture of one of my favorite things at NAMM… This piano is absolutely beautiful. The transparent top and wooden detailing!

Then it was off to the second booth, which was located in the arena.
Throughout the day, we had many people stop by to sing
People came from all over the world & from different areas of the music industry–so fun to meet & sing with everyone!

This guy was so awesome! He was amazingly very good & had that rocker/emo voice, but asked to sing ‘NSync with me hahaha.
“Bye bye bye”
And then this was the most interesting contraption that I only discovered at the end of the night—this is the AlphaSphere, a new electronic musical instrument invented by the British boys in our neighboring booth.
One Direction. <3 HAHA no I’m kidding. I present you: the UK boys of the AlphaSphere.
We also got a tour of a band tour bus… Can’t believe they can fit 12 beds, a shower, stove, and much more into a bus!

wonderful ! wait 4 next performance !
